     Renumber sections consecutively and correct any internal references and the title accordingly.

EFFECT:  Maintains $115 million of cigarette tax revenues going to the Health Services Account to allow expansion of the Basic Health Plan from 51,000 to 130,000 (per the goal of HB 1046).
