     On page 2, line 10, after "RCW 19.27.050." insert "The standards required under this subsection shall be adopted by July 1, 1996."

EFFECT:  Requires the Department of Labor & Industries to adopt alteration and installation standards for manufactured homes and wood stoves/fireplaces by July 1, 1996.
