     On page 5, after line 7, insert the following:

"    NEW SECTION. Sec 4. RCW 70.146.080 and 1994 1st sp.s. c 6 s 902, 1993 sp.s. c 24 s 924, 1991 sp.s. c 16 s 923, & 1986 c 3 s 11 are each repealed."

Renumber the remaining sections consecutively.

EFFECT:  Removes the requirement that the State Treasurer transfer General Fund money into the Water Quality Account if the revenues to the Water Quality Account are less than $45 million in any fiscal year to bring the total revenue up to $45 million.
