     On page 1, line 17, after "state forest" strike the remainder of the line and insert "consistent with the department's trust responsibilities."

EFFECT:  Directs the Department of Natural Resources to act to resolve the forest health situation in the Loomis Forest consistent with its trust responsibilities; removes the direction to the department to maximize income to the trust beneficiaries.
