     On page 9, line 14, strike "49,132,000" and insert "49,406,000"

     On page 10, line 10, strike "284,986,000" and insert "285,260,000"

     On page 19, after line 14, insert:

     "(30) $274,000 of the general fund -- state appropriation is provided solely to expand the business and job retention program."

EFFECT:  Appropriates $274,000 to fund an additional three counties in the BJR program.

FISCAL IMPACT:  Increases the general fund appropriation by      $274,000.
