     On page 2, after line 23, insert the following:

     "(7)  For the purposes of this section with regard to dusky Canada geese (Branta canadensis occidentalis), the department shall not consider leg length or bill length."

     Correct the title accordingly.

EFFECT:  The department may not consider leg length or bill length as a distinguishing characteristic of the dusky Canada goose.
