    On page 3, line 16 of the amendment, after "compensation." strike all material through "percent." on line 19, and insert "((Three million dollars shall be distributed under subsection (5) of this section during calendar year 1996.  During subsequent years, such distributions shall equal the prior year's distributions increased by four percent.)) The distribution under subsection (4) of this section shall equal the amount generated from the sports theme games, minus payment for prizes and payment of agent compensation, authorized under RCW 67.70.042."

EFFECT:  Limits the lottery contribution to the actual amount generated by the sports theme games.
