    On page 6, after line 19, insert the following:

    "NEW SECTION. Sec. 7.  PUBLIC PARTICIPATION.  The chair of the action team shall hold public hearings to solicit public comment on the work plan."

    Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:  Directs the chair of the action team to hold public hearings on the work plan.
