     On page 5, beginning on line 34, strike all of section 6 and insert the following:

     "NEW SECTION. Sec. 6. If specific funding for section 2 of this act, referencing this act by bill number, is not provided by June 30, 1996, in the supplemental omnibus appropriations act, section 2 is null and void."

EFFECT:  Removes language making the entire act null and void if not funded in the budget and adds language making section 2 of the act null and void if not funded in the budget.
