     On page 1, line 10, after "infringed." insert "This provision shall be interpreted to mean that a parent has the authority to overrule a school teacher who has permanently expelled the parent's child from class without sufficient cause."

EFFECT:  Parents have authority under this constitutional amendment to overrule a teacher who has permanently expelled a child from class.
