     On page 2, line 4, beginning with "and" strike all the matter through "82.02.060" on line 5, and insert "and/or applicable impact fees are paid"

EFFECT:  A major industrial development could be sited if new infrastructure is provided or applicable impact fees are paid, or both, instead of both new infrastructure is provided and impact fees are established.
