We of your Conference Committee, to whom was referred ENGROSSED SUBSTITUTE SENATE BILL NO. 5244, Revising the definition of "dependent child" for purposes of aid to families with dependent children, have had the same under consideration and we recommend that all previous amendments not be adopted; that the striking amendment (attached 5244-S.E AMC CONF S3408.4) by the Conference Committee be adopted; and that the bill do pass as recommended by the Conference Committee.
