     On page 2, line 1, after "services" insert ", and limited chemical dependency services consistent with the patient protocols of the American society of addiction medicine, and limited mental health services up to a combined annual limit of twenty-five thousand dollars, revised annually to account for inflation as determined by the office of financial management"

EFFECT:  Adds to Basic Health Plan services a combined chemical dependency and mental health services and set patient protocols.
