    On page 4, beginning on line 1 of the amendment, strike "Each day that any violation of section 2 of this act occurs or continues shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as a separate violation."

    On page 4, line 3 of the amendment, after "Every" strike "act, thing," and insert "thing"

    On page 4, after line 8 of the amendment, insert the following:

    "NEW SECTION. Sec. 5.  This chapter does not apply to any organization that is a member of an arts alliance in Washington."

    Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct internal references accordingly.
