    On page 4, after line 8 of the amendment, insert the following:

    "NEW SECTION. Sec. 5.  This chapter does not apply to any art gallery that is incorporated with the Washington secretary of state."

    Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct internal references accordingly.
