     On page 1, line 35 of the striking amendment, after "colleges." insert "Tuition and fees for the credits of the prior experiential learning shall be no more than fifty percent of the cost of the tuition and fees of any other credits offered through the distance learning degree program."      

EFFECT:  Requires the public or private institution to offer applied prior learning credits at 50 percent of the cost of any other credits offered through the distance learning degree program.
