     On page 5, line 13, after "(22)" strike ""Premise"" and insert ""Premises""

     On page 7, line 3, after "construct" strike "dwellings and"

     On page 7, line 4, after "dwellings" insert "and premises"

EFFECT:  Deletes the definition of "dwelling unit."  Deletes  "dwelling" and adds "premises" to the types of structures which must be designed and constructed according to the federal Fair Housing Amendments Act of 1988.
