     On page 6, line 26, after "who" strike all material through "70.128 RCW." on line 30, and insert "provides personal care, special care, room, and board to more than one but not more than six adults who are not related by blood or marriage to the person or persons providing the services."

EFFECT:  Makes all definitions of adult family homes within the bill consistent.  Corrects an error with conflicting definitions of adult family home in the same bill that in section 2 limits adult family homes to four residents, and in section 6 limits adult family homes to six residents. Allows up to six individuals to reside in an adult family home.
