We of your Conference Committee, to whom was referred SUBSTITUTE SENATE BILL NO. 5854, requiring that health plans must allow women a choice of primary care providers, have had the same under consideration and we recommend that:
The House Health Care Committee amendment not be adopted, and the striking amendment by the Conference Committee (attached 5854-S AMC CONF S3410.1) be adopted; and
that the bill do pass as amended by the Conference Committee.
