     On page 15, beginning on line 27, strike all of section 15

     On page 19, beginning on line 11, strike all of section 17

     On page 34, beginning on line 1, strike all of section 23

     On page 38, beginning on line 21, strike all of section 27

Renumber the remaining sections consecutively, correct internal references accordingly, and correct the title.

EFFECT:  Would delete sections 15 and 27 which provide

for confidentiality of certain licensing records pertaining to private agencies that care for children, expectant mothers, and the developmentally disabled.  Would delete section 17 which provides for the preparation of a guide on juvenile confidentiality laws.  Would also delete section 23 relating to the confidentiality of various kinds of documents involved in an "appeal taken from a  proceeding" under the Family Reconciliation Act or under the law dealing with dependent children and termination of a parent and child relationship.
