     On page 22, after line 16, insert the following material:

     "(3) The department shall not serve upon a responsible parent a notice of non-compliance if the department has instituted a payroll deduction against the responsible parent's wages and pursuant to that payroll deduction fifty percent of the responsible parent's wages are being deducted."

     Renumber remaining subsections accordingly and correct internal references.

EFFECT: Prevents license suspension if the parent's wages are subject to payroll deduction of fifty percent of his or her wages.
