     On page 4, line 8, after "supervisor" insert "in an amount not to exceed three thousand dollars"

EFFECT:  Adds a limitation for expenditures in the second year of a vocational rehabilitation plan.  The Department of Labor and Industries may spend up to $3,000 (instead of $5,000) when a second year of services has been authorized.
