     On page 1, line 9, strike "state board of health" and insert "department of health, within available funds,"

On page 2, line 9, strike "state board of health" and insert

"department of health"

On page 2, line 11, after the period, insert "The department

shall coordinate the study with the participation of a consortium, including the university of Washington, the medical and nursing quality assurance commissions and other appropriate health professions boards and commissions, the department of information services, the board of health, and appropriate standing committees of the senate and house of representatives."

EFFECT:  Directs the department of Health to do the study on telemedicine, and to coordinate the study through a consortium of appropriate state agencies.
