    On page 7, after line 24, insert the following:

    "(i) The current offense was one of domestic violence as defined in RCW 10.99.020."

EFFECT:  Adds as an aggravating circumstance the court may consider when exercising discretion to impose an exceptional sentence in a felony case whether the offense was one of domestic violence.
