    On page 1, line 9 before "The" insert "(1)"

    On page 1, line 15, insert the following:

    "(2) This exemption does not apply to the issuance, reissuance, or modification of a waste discharge permit that permits the discharge of stormwater runoff from a facility with an impervious surface of one hundred acres or more."

    Renumber the sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:  Excludes from the SEPA exemption permit decisions relating to facilities permitted for stormwater runoff and having an impervious surface of 100 acres or more.
