    On page 3, after line 27, strike all material through "needed." on line 32, and insert the following:

    "BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That staffing for the Commission shall be provided by the House of Representatives Office of Program Research and the Senate Committee Services, the Office of Financial Management, the Department of Revenue, the Washington State Association of Counties, and the Association of Washington Cities, with other state agencies and local governments providing assistance as needed."

EFFECT:  (1) Provides that staff support shall be provided by Senate committee Services and House OPR, instead of only fiscal committee staff.

    (2) Adds Association of Washington Cities to list of entities that provide support to the commission.
