    On page 2, beginning on line 4, after "decision to" strike all material through "remain" on line 8, and insert "Thurston county superior court, the superior court of the county in which the dispute arose, or to the superior court of a county that is adjacent to the county in which the dispute arose.  If the dispute arises in more than one county, then the appeal may be filed in the suprior court of either or any of those counties, or of a county adjacent to any of those counties.  Consolidation of appeals shall be"

EFFECT OF AMENDMENT:  Extends jurisdiction for appeals from growth management hearings boards to counties adjacent to counties in which dispute arises.  Restores existing law option to file appeal in Thurston county superior court.  Clarifies language permitting consolidation of appeals.
