    On page 3, after line 36, insert the following:

    "(7) The provisions of subsection (3) of this section shall not apply in any county for which a coordinated water system plan has not been approved under subsection (2) of this section.

EFFECT:  Clarifies that in counties for which a coordinated water system plan has not yet been adopted by the Secretary of the Department of Health, the restrictions on additional purveyors constructing public systems shall not apply.
