    On page 2, beginning on line 18, after "county" strike all material through "islands))" and insert "with a population of over ((thirty)) fifteen thousand that are made up entirely of islands"

    Renumber the sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly

EFFECT: Limits community councils in counties made up entirely of islands to those counties with population over 15,000.
