    On page 70, after line 33 of the amendment, insert the following:

    "This section shall expire June 30, 1998.  The provisions of this section shall apply to project permit applications determined to be complete pursuant to RCW 36.70A.440 (as recodified by this act) on or before June 30, 1998."

    Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:  Strikes sunset provision for Sec 413 (120 day requirement) and attaches a 1998 sunset provision to the liability waiver provision Sec 421.
