    On page 104, after line 32 of the floor amendment, insert the following:

    "NEW SECTION. Sec. 902.  If specific funding for the purposes of sections 114, 115, and 116 this act, referencing sections 114, 115, and 116 of this act by bill and section number, is not provided by June 30, 1995, in the omnibus appropriations act, sections 114, 115, and 116 of this act shall be null and void."

    Renumber the sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly
