By Senators Newhouse, Rasmussen, Snyder and Morton

    On page 5, after line 28, insert the following:

    "NEW SECTION. Sec. 11.  On the effective date of this act, the director shall by rule designate as alternative livestock, those animal species that have come into commercial production in the state of Washington after 1980."

    Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct internal references accordingly.
