By Senators Palmer, Long, Schow, Swecker, Johnson and Strannigan

    On page 3, after line 34, insert the following:

    "NEW SECTION. Sec. 2.  A new section is added to chapter 82.08 RCW to read as follows:

    The tax levied by RCW 82.08.020 shall not apply to imprinting done in the state for distribution and display within the state."

    Renumber remaining section.
