    "NEW SECTION. Sec. 2.  A new section is added to chapter 70.47 RCW to read as follows:

    The requirements of RCW 70.47.160(3) shall be set forth in rule pursuant to chapter 34.05 RCW."

EFFECT:  Requires the health care authority to establish a mechanism in rule to recognize the right of individuals and organizations with religious or moral tenets opposed to a specific service while ensuring enrollees timely access to services covered in the BHP.
