    On page 4, after line 10, insert the following:

    If any portion of this chapter, as now written or hereafter amended or as applied to any person or circumstance, is held invalid or unconstitutional, such adjudication shall not affect the validity of the chapter as a whole, or any provision, section or part thereof not adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, and its application to other persons or circumstances shall not be affected.

    Renumber the sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly
