    On page 2,on line 7 after "RCW" strike all material through "colleges" and insert the following:

    "41.56.201 and full-time non-academic employees of all public

higher education institutions."

    Renumber the sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT: Permits all full-time non-academic employees at higher education institutions to benefit from a tuition waiver, rather than a selected group of employees.
