    On page 2, after line 24, insert the following:

    "(4) The award made under 50.20.090(2)(b) shall be charged against the individual's applicable entitlement for the eligibility period containing the weeks to which the award was attributed as though such award had been properly paid."

EFFECT:  Repeats language from another RCW subsection that benefits awarded be applied to individual's eligibility and thereby not exceed the maximum allowable benefits.
