    On page 2, line 22, after "continues." insert "However, any employer party to such award shall reduce the award by the amount of child support obligations owed by employee as provided in RCW 50.40.050.  The employer shall pay to the unemployment compensation fund, in a manner specified by the commissioner, an amount equal to the amount of such reduction which shall be paid to the appropriate state or local child support enforcement agency."

EFFECT:  Requires the deduction from the award of child support obligations owed by the employee pursuant to established law.
