    On page 2, line 14, after "correction" insert ", including a cancellation or correction made due to a definitive change of land use designation,"

EFFECT:  The effective date for the change to the assessment or tax rolls due to a change in a property's land use designation is made the same effective date as the statutes currently allow for correction of any other manifest error.
