    On page 2, beginning on line 12, strike all material through "period." on line 30, and insert the following:

    "BE IT RESOLVED, That the Joint TVW Oversight Committee be established to monitor TVW programming decisions for the purpose of determining whether such decisions are free from partisan or ideological influence and that the committee shall consist of four members, one from each major caucus of the Senate and the House of Representatives, appointed by the President of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives, respectively."
