Background: The Productivity Board operates under the Office of the Secretary of State to administer the state employee suggestion program. This program encourages and rewards meritorious suggestions made by state employees. Each year, the board is required to publish a topical list of all productivity awards granted and distribute it to all state government agencies that may be able to adapt them to their procedures.
Summary of Bill: The requirement to publish productivity reward list on an annual basis is repealed and the list is required to be published on an ad hoc basis.

Effective Date: Ninety days after adjournment of session in which bill is passed.
