Background:  Persons 70 years old and older qualify for reduced fee fishing licenses.

 

Many other senior citizen reduced fee benefits begin at age 65.

 

Summary of Bill:  Reduced fee senior citizen fishing licenses are issued to persons over 65 years old.

Fiscal Note:  Requested on January 16, 1996.

 

Effective Date:  Ninety days after adjournment of session in which bill is passed.
