AN ACT Relating to common school construction funding; making an appropriation; and declaring an emergency.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:
NEW SECTION. Sec. 1. The sum of two hundred million dollars is appropriated for the biennium ending June 30, 1995, from the general fund to the common school construction fund for the purposes under RCW 28A.515.320.
NEW SECTION. Sec. 2. This act is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, or safety, or support of the state government and its existing public institutions, and shall take effect immediately.
