Delaying the termination date of the business assistance center.

    AN ACT Relating to the business assistance center; and amending RCW 43.31.091 and 43.31.092.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

    Sec. 1.  RCW 43.31.091 and 1993 c 280 s 80 are each amended to read as follows:

    The business assistance center and its powers and duties shall be terminated on June 30, ((1995)) 1999, as provided in RCW 43.31.092.

    Sec. 2.  RCW 43.31.092 and 1993 c 280 s 81 are each amended to read as follows:

    The following acts or parts of acts, as now existing or hereafter amended, are each repealed, effective June 30, ((1996)) 2000:

    (1) Section 2, chapter 348, Laws of 1987 and RCW 43.31.083;

    (2) Section 11, chapter 466, Laws of 1985, section 3, chapter 348, Laws of 1987, section 2, chapter 430, Laws of 1989 and RCW 43.31.085;

    (3) Section 4, chapter 348, Laws of 1987 and RCW 43.31.087;  and

    (4) Section 5, chapter 348, Laws of 1987 and RCW 43.31.089.
