Repealing legal advertising of constitutional amendments.

    AN ACT Relating to the repeal of legal advertising of constitutional amendments; repealing RCW 29.27.072 and 29.27.074; providing an effective date; and declaring an emergency.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  The following acts or parts of acts are each repealed:

(1) RCW 29.27.072 and 1967 c 96 s 1 & 1965 c 9 s 29.27.072; and

(2) RCW 29.27.074 and 1967 c 96 s 2 & 1965 c 9 s 29.27.074.

NEW SECTION. Sec. 2.  This act is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, or safety, or support of the state government and its existing public institutions, and takes effect July 1, 1995.
