Repealing authorization for gang risk prevention and intervention pilot programs.

    AN ACT Relating to gang risk prevention and intervention pilot programs; and repealing RCW 43.310.005, 43.310.007, 43.310.010, 43.310.020, 43.310.030, and 43.310.040.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  The following acts or parts of acts are each repealed:

(1) RCW 43.310.005 and 1993 c 497 s 1;

(2) RCW 43.310.007 and 1993 c 497 s 2;

(3) RCW 43.310.010 and 1993 c 497 s 3;

(4) RCW 43.310.020 and 1993 c 497 s 4;

(5) RCW 43.310.030 and 1993 c 497 s 6; and

(6) RCW 43.310.040 and 1993 c 497 s 11.
