AN ACT Relating to child care regulation; and creating new sections.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:
NEW SECTION. Sec. 1. This act shall be known as the child care regulation act.
NEW SECTION. Sec. 2. It is the intent of this act to modify the state regulation of child care providers and to ensure the availability of affordable child care in Washington state.
