AN ACT Relating to reimbursement of the legislative budget committee for program and fiscal reviews; and adding a new section to chapter 43.131 RCW.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:
NEW SECTION. Sec. 1. A new section is added to chapter 43.131 RCW to read as follows:
The legislative budget committee shall be reimbursed, by the state agency under review, for the full cost, as determined by the committee, of each program and fiscal review conducted under this chapter.
