Eliminating the authority to impose storm water facility charges for highway rights of way.

    AN ACT Relating to storm water facility charges for highway rights of way; and repealing RCW 90.03.525.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  RCW 90.03.525 and 1986 c 278 s 54 are each repealed.
