Eliminating the wood stove education program.

    AN ACT Relating to eliminating the wood stove education program and associated fees; and repealing RCW 70.94.480 and 70.94.483.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  The following acts or parts of acts are each repealed:

(1) RCW 70.94.480 and 1990 c 128 s 6 & 1987 c 405 s 3; and

(2) RCW 70.94.483 and 1991 sp.s. c 13 s 65, 1991 sp.s. c 13 s 64, 1991 c 199 s 505, 1990 c 128 s 5, & 1987 c 405 s 10.
